BRIEF HISTORY:

Sable is a golden-skinned panther from a Brazilian Pride of Black Panthers. Invited by Catherine to join Socks's Pride as a potential second wife, Sable initially agrees out of respect for Catherine's regality. However, she retains her independence, enjoying the freedom of not being bound by marriage or the expectation of cubs. Sable becomes a surrogate mother to the Pride's cubs. Sable is calm, graceful, and prefers to live life on her own terms, but when her boundaries are threatened, she responds with wit, sarcasm, and ferocity. Though she is demure, she harbors a secret... Her greatest fear is losing her freedom.
