BRIEF HISTORY:
Leger is a title within the de Main House. It is passed from generation to generation. Only the most gifted in the required traits can be given the title. The Leger is considered the leader of the House, though Head of House duties still fall to the rules of hierarchy.
No Leger is allowed to touch another person without their permission. But permission is often easily granted. Putting your hand out to shake hands is giving permission. Once permission is given the Leger can use touch to influence and manipulate the other person. The ability to implant thoughts and suggestions create desires, make or break habits, create delusions and illusions, cause insanity, force a mental breakdown, or insatiable cravings, extinguish or ignite passions, compulsions, etc.
