Sebastian, originally Seb a’zh tein, is one of the oldest vampires in existence, hailing from the ancient House Veneris, part of an old bloodline deeply tied to the era of the Conclave. Once a minor figure in the grand assembly of vampires, he witnessed the violent betrayal of the Conclave by The Children. Rising from the shadows in the power vacuum that followed, Sebastian built a new Bloodline and House, becoming an authority within the vampire world. A traditionalist to his core, Sebastian fiercely defends the purity and customs of the ancient vampire lineages, opposing the modern vampires who threaten his way of life. His wisdom is his greatest weapon, amassed over millennia of survival and strategic maneuvering.
